Shipping policy

At Ivory Muse, we are committed to delivering your carefully curated pieces with care and efficiency. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders so you know exactly what to expect.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET (or on weekends/holidays) will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak periods (such as holidays or new collection launches), processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you if there is any delay.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates (U.S. Domestic)

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Delivery estimates are from the date your order ships, not the date you place it.
  • We primarily use USPS and UPS for most shipments. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
  • Note: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Factors like weather, carrier delays, or rural locations may affect arrival.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination.

  • Processing time remains 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery typically takes 7–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These are not included in the shipping cost.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for Express or Priority options (standard shipping may be available).
  • We cannot ship to certain remote or restricted areas — if this applies to your address, we will contact you.
  • Hazardous materials or oversized items are not applicable to our current collection.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your Ivory Muse account or using the carrier’s website.

What If My Package Is Delayed or Lost?

  • If your tracking shows a delay, please allow an extra 3–5 business days before contacting us.
  • For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to investigate. If the package is confirmed lost after the carrier’s investigation period, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Changes to Your Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
